When scrolling through houses on-line it takes only a moment for potential buyers to decide to make an appointment for a showing or to scroll to the next property. Staging sells!
During an in-home consultation, I spend one to two hours walking throughout the home making room by room staging recommendations that include paint color, furniture arrangement, decluttering tips, and accessory suggestions to best utilize the space and highlight the home’s finest features. This service allows the homeowner to be equipped with all of the strategies necessary to the stage the home prior to photography and showings.

Staging to Sell
When the homeowner has determined that professional staging is necessary, services that I offer include: paint referrals, redesign of existing furnishings, decluttering, organizing, and home styling. In addition, I offer rentals of furniture and accessories. Accessory rentals from my inventory are a cost-effective way to add cohesiveness to the rooms of your home.
A well-staged home presents well in photographs on-line and highlights the positive features of the property giving your asset a competitive edge. According to the Real Estate Staging Association, homes which are staged before going on the market sell 73% faster and receive offers up to 17% higher, on average, than their non-staged counterparts.

Staging to Dwell
Perhaps you’re feeling like a room (or more) can use a refresh. Unlike staging, I will use your preferences while elevating the look and feel your home. By using a majority of your home’s furnishings and bringing in new design elements or arrangements, we will declutter and restyle your home to its greatest potential.
